Payment Information:
Reservation that start more than 30 days from today:
We will be charging your credit card for 1/3 of the total amount today. Your balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The confirmation email that is coming, will give you options for paying your balance, time permitting.
Reservations that start less than 30 days from today:
We will be charging your credit card for the full amount. Your confirmation email will act as your reciept.
Charges to your credit card are processed manually.
Rental Agreement:
Next we will email you a link to our rental agreement. Simply read the rental agreement, fill in the boxes at the end with the required information & and then click the little blue button that says “submit”.
Confirmation Emails:
Within 24 hours you will be receiving a confirmation letter in your email inbox. (if not, check your “junk or spam” box) If you do not receive your confirmation letter please contact us immediately and we will email you another.
The confirmation letter will have your payment information, the dates of your stay and check in/out times. It will contain the Address, Directions and Door Code for your cabin. You will need this information to find the cabin so we recommend you print your confirmation letter and bring with you on your trip!

Please do not worry! If you have a question, ommited something or made an error while making your reservation – we can fix it! All you have to do is email us or call 865-202-7657 right away and we will take care of it.
