The living facilities are adequate, the fish house is handy and turnkey and the fishing right off the dock was fabulous. Keeper walleye and perch were the common catches. There were 2x more walleye than perch. There was not a dull moment over 2 days of fishing and that doesn't happen many times. Quiet, clean, affordable and right on the water. Full kitchen, washer and dryer make it easy to just hang out. You have to meet the neighbors too! Caught more fish off the dock than I have ever caught in my life. Perch, Walleye, White Bass and the occasional Drum. My wife loved being able to read in the front room and watch the dog and I on the dock land fish like crazy. Boat landings everywhere and other neat areas to visit. The Legion Club in Big Stone Lake is huge and really nice with great specials! Best tacos in South Dakota!
