Bear Creek & Paradise View Cabins

We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our 20th anniversary trip!!! Both cabins were very clean and well kept. Bear Creek cabin was very peaceful and quiet. Paradise View had amazing views! Bear Creek Cabin

I brought my husband here for his 40th birthday. The cabin was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and it was so clean! I’ve never felt more comfortable away from home. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Sitting outside at night and seeing the stars with such clarity may have been my favorite part. This was definitely the most relaxing getaway we’ve ever had. We will be sure to stay here again.

2nd Stay for our anniversary

We are so thankful that you have opened your cabin to us once again! We enjoyed ourselves and got to stay longer this time. We stayed in a different cabin this time and it was more private. We love this time that we get to get away and spend with each other. Everything was GREAT!! Can’t wait to do it again next year and the years to come.

Smoky Mountain Retreat

Thank you for the use of your cabin. It was everything you advertised and more. This was our first time in the Smokies and we loved it. The cabin was clean and inviting. We have rented cabins in the Rockies several times and this cabin was one of the nicest we’ve seen. Very quiet and private. My bride of 44 years said it was just like another honeymoon.

Bear Creek Cabin Stay

We can’t say enough about how much we loved staying at Black Bear Hollow. We stayed in Bear Creek Cabin all the way in the back. It was nice and quiet after a long day out and about. My wife loved being in the back surrounded by greenery. My young daughter loved the loft which had to be accessed by stairs. The cabin was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect and close to everything yet far enough away to keep it peaceful. We went for a couple of late evening strolls and loved seeing the fire flies and also checked out the bear cave. The only improvement I would make is adding some new window blinds. Sunrise comes early in the summer and the street lights outside (well needed or it would be dark) tend to light up the room when sleeping. We plan on returning every couple of years and we will definitely be booking with Black Bear Hollow Cabins again

Very nice cabin

We were very pleased with the cabin. Very easy to get to. Clean. Nicely kept. There were ample towels (usually in other cabins we have rented there would be one towel each for two people!). The kitchen utensils and dishes were all very well kept. Not sure I would advertise as being next to a stream as we were there during a hard rain and the little trickle of water was just that – a little trickle. Overall we really enjoyed the cabin and would go there again.

Nice and Secluded

The start in the Bear Creek Cabin was wonderful. The cabin was in a gated area with other cabins around. It was just the right amount to be secluded from the busy areas of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. In Townsend, we still had sites to see close by and could still enjoy the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. This stay was so go that we will most certainly be back. The location was top notch and the amenities like the hot tub were excellent! I recommend Black Bear Hollow Cabins for a wonferful stay whether you want a romantic weekend or family vacation.

The Best Vacation Spot

The amenities at Black Bear Hollow Cabins were amazing. We loved their hot tub and jacuzzi, and everything was clean and pristine! Being able to use the grill to cook our own dinners was so much fun! The grounds were very quiet and peaceful, and breakfast on the patio was a delight! I wish we could have stayed a lot longer. The location was great too! It was a quick drive to get into the Smoky Mountain Park and it was pretty close to Gatlinburg as well. We really enjoyed our picnic lunch in Cades Cove! Townsend was an adorable little town with cute shops. I would recommend this beautiful location to everyone!

Peaceful and private, we loved it!

We truly enjoyed our recent stay in your lovely cabin, Bear Creek. The location is serene and beautiful, it was wonderful to just sit in the swing or rockers and soak in the beautiful view and watch the falling leaves. I love the black bear décor, and all of the details that made the cabin a home away from home. We grilled steaks on the deck one night, and everything we needed was right there at hand. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops nearby as well. The beds are super comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean! We usually camp when we come to the Smokies, but I think we’ll make it a tradition at least once a year to stay in one of your cabins for a totally relaxing retreat, and we look forward to having other family members join us there! Thanks for the hospitality!

No better cabins ANYWHERE!!!

This was our third time to stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins and it NEVER disappoints! There are other places to stay mountainside that are closer to where we live but we will continue to make the trek to Townsend Tennessee because of the uniqueness of Black Bear Hollow. We love the fact that its gated and the cabins are extremely private, yet minutes from town. Many other places feel overcrowded with cabins stacked one after another, whereas Black Bear Hollow feels like we have the mountain all to ourselves! The views, amenities, and cleanliness are topnotch. From the first time I spoke with Mark over the phone 3 years ago, I felt our comfort and satisfaction were important. Because of this, we chose to try the cabins, and now, well, no need to ever stay anywhere else! See you in 2016 Black Bear Hollow!
