I am one of those people. So if you call me, I promise to make it as painless as I can. We are just normal regular people like everyone else. We don't have a sales team with quota. We won't call you back and hassle you either. We just want to be sure that you get all the information you need about our cabins to make a good decision.
My computer sometimes runs a little slow, so if I haven't answered you back with a "hello" yet, I must still be trying to login. I try and login in as fast as I can, because I know you don't like waiting. But I almost always make a typing error and have to do it twice, so that too could be why I haven't gotten to your question yet...
Just so you know, if I am on my computer, it will say that I am online. But if I got up and went to get a cup of coffee or if someone happened to call on the telephone, well then I might not even know that your sitting here waiting to hear from me. If that is the case, I certainly do apologize! When it comes to your time and business we take that very seriously, but that's not to say that I can not be momentarily distracted.

Well then let me take this time to answer some of the more frequently asked questions. I just may answer your question!
Frequently folks are interested in knowing how everything works when they rent a cabin from us. It's like renting a car. We get 1/3 of the total amount at the time of the reservation on a credit card. The balance is due 30 days before you arrive. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and even Amercian Express.
We send out a confirmation letter to your email address. The confirmation letter has the cabin address, directions and keyless door code (no key needed). Cabins are self check in/out. You use the directions and drive to the cabin on the proper day and time and we will have everything ready for you when your arrive!
Check in / out Times Check in is after 4 pm in season and 3 pm in the off seasons. If you want to check in an hour or so early, I have no problem with that so long as the cleaning folks have been there and finished with all that they have to do. If the cabin is clean, stocked and ready for your stay, your welcome to check in an hour or so early. Check out time is Before 10 am. Check out times are carved in stone and can not be changed. The cleaning folks only have so much time to get the cabin ready for the next guest. They typically have more than one cabin to clean. When they leave home and drive to the cabin and find it still occupied, They call me! I won't share with you what they have to say except to say that it's usually not pretty! They are good hard working folks and I can not say that I blame them for being upset. We appreciate your cooperation when it comes to the check out time!
Is the Cabin Available... just go to the top of this page and click on 'Home'. On the Home page, find the cabin and click on 'rates and reservations'. The cabin calendar will open up. Blue days are available, Red days are already booked.
How much does this cabin cost? Follow the directions for 'availbility' to find the cabin calendar. Then simply click on the "nights" you would like to stay! Those dates will then turn from blue to green. Once you have selected the nights, then enter the number of adults and children that will be staying. On the right hand column at the top, a complete quote for your stay will appear! Presto!
What's the best way to make a reservation This too is very easy to do! Just follow the steps above for finding availability and cost. Once you have your quote, simply fill in the form below. Read the rental agreement and cancellation policy and click "make a reservation"!
