Store & Pharmacy Open 24 hours! This is the largest and closest grocery store to the Wears Valley Area. It is very busy at all times of the year and not a very pleasent experience if you don't like crowds! The best time to shop here is very early in the morning or late at night.
To find this store, take route 321 to Pigeon Forge, Just before you get to the parkway, store will be on the left side of the road.

Townsend IGA Grocery
Small Town Grocery Store w/ BP gas station! This little grocery store is very amazing! It has a great selection of groceries and speciality items. It's just down in Townsend, Turn Left at the stop light and go about a mile, it will be on the right side of the road. This is the grocery store that gets our recommendation.

Grocery store w/ Exxon gas station. The Townsend Shopping Center is an older grocery, hardware and general store.
The Townsend Shopping Center is located just off Route 321 and a bit further down the road from the Townsend IGA.

This store is finally open! As of the summer of 2011 it still didn't appear to have much in the way of meat, produce or dairy products. But still it would make it nice to have all the basics delievered to your cabin before or shortly after you arrive.
Store is on the west end of the valley right on route 321 (wears valley road)

Open 24 hours! To find this store, travel down route 321 to Pigeon Forge and take a left on the parkway. Walmart is down a bit on the left hand side of the road. This store too is packed in any season. Best times to visit are early or late!
