Internet modem: If you experience problems with the internet it is always the modem. Electrical storms & power surges can cause the modems to need to be reset. It is very easy to do, just unplug the power supply from the modem and wait about a minute. Then plug it back in! 99% of the time this will cure any internet connection problems.
